Grattan: Expand paid parental leave to fathers

The Grattan Institute has released a new report calling for paid parental leave to be made gender-equal to “deliver both significant social and economic gains”.

The payoffs of the successful schemes are clear: greater parental satisfaction, improvements in child development, higher rates of workforce participation, and greater economic security for women.
