Rental vacancies near record lows across most of Australia

Domain has released its rental vacancy report for July, which shows that rental vacancies are tracking near record lows across most of Australia. The notable exceptions are Melbourne and Sydney, which have been hit hardest by the collapse in immigration and international students:
