Domain: House prices soar to record highs across six capitals

Domain has released its June quarter house price report, which recorded 5.8% growth in detached house prices at the national capital city level, with values up a whopping 18.8% year-on-year:
As shown above, all capitals recorded double-digit price growth in the 2020-21 Financial Years.
