Aussie property values up $70k during pandemic

CoreLogic has released data showing that the median Australian property has risen in value by a whopping $69,633 from their pre-COVID peak:

Strong capital growth.

As shown above, Canberra’s property values have risen the most ($122,711), followed by Hobart ($103,799) and Sydney ($97,932).
