Auction market signals property slowdown

The auction market ended June on a solid footing, recording a final national clearance rate of 75.4%, up from 74.1% the prior weekend.
As shown in the next table, Sydney recorded a final clearance rate of 77.5%, up from 76.8% the prior weekend.
Melbourne recorded a final clearance rate of 74.7%, up from 69.0% the previous weekend.
