This brings the brings the total outbreak to 71 locally acquired cases, with cases rising at a similar rate to the prior two outbreaks:

There are now 65 cases linked to the Bondi cluster.
14 of the cases reported after 8pm last night are linked to known cases, and 3 cases are under investigation.
NSW Health is treating 56 COVID-19 cases, one of whom is in intensive care. Most cases (94%) are being treated in non-acute, out-of-hospital care, including returned travellers in the Special Health Accommodation.
47,603 tests were reported to 8pm last night, compared with the previous day’s total of 48,402.
In response to the figures, Premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced a lockdown for four local government areas: Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and the city of Sydney. Anyone in these residents must not leave their home except for four essential reasons: education, exercise in groups less than 10, shopping for essential goods and providing compassionate care.
The previous restrictions across greater Sydney have also been extended until next Friday midnight.
In short, it appears the NSW Government is following the approach adopted during the New Years Eve outbreak where it locked down the Northern Beaches suburbs.
