Payroll jobs still tracking above pre-COVID levels

The ABS has released its Weekly Payroll Jobs and Wages survey for the week ended 8 May 2021, with payroll jobs running 1.5% above pre-pandemic levels, whereas total wages were running 1.9% higher:
