ABS job vacancies soar way above pre-COVID levels

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has today released job vacancy data for the February quarter of 2021, which has rebounded way above pre-COVID levels.
Overall job vacancies rose 13.7% over the February quarter, with private sector vacancies rising 14.0% and public sector vacancies rising 10.9%.
Over the year to February, job vacancies rose by 26.7%, with private sector vacancies climbing 28.5% and public sector vacancies rising 13.7%:
