Tim Lawless has released a new report showing that Sydney’s housing market has already regained its COVID losses, hitting an all-time high yesterday.

As shown in the next chart, Sydney dwelling values have rebounded 5.7% from their October 2020 low, finally surpassing the 2017 peak:
