Property is hot and, so far, is even threatening to overheat into colder months and seasonal weakness. CoreLogic’s leading mortgage index is melting-up into Autumn:

However, listings will slump into winter most likely so despite the a decent lift in the flow, the stock may well hit new lows for the cycle.
