ABS: Property prices booming across all capitals

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has released residential property price indices for the December quarter of 2020, which revealed booming price results across all capitals.

As shown in the next table, dwelling values across the combined capital cities rose 3.0% over the December quarter with values 3.6% higher year-on-year:

Property price growth was universally strong in Q4 2020.
