NSW stamp duty receipts continue to rebound strongly from their COVID-19 funk.

Annual stamp duty receipts rose for seven consecutive months to November and have now risen 4.2% above the previous April peak:

It’s a similar story for property transfers, which have also risen for seven consecutive months and are 5.0% above their April peak:
