Business lobby demands workers return to office

With people movements across Melbourne’s CBD cratering to just 15% of normal levels:

Victorian Chamber of Commerce CEO, Paul Guerra, has urged the state government to allow office workers to start returning to Melbourne’s CBD as soon as possible.

Guerra claims many CBD businesses such as retailers are highly reliant on foot traffic from people who work in the city and that working from home (WFH) protocols will stifle the economic recovery:
