JobKeeper primed for more rorting

Accountants have warned that the rejigged JobKeeper subsidy, due to take effect at the end of this month, is likely to be widely rorted by sole traders:

In order to receive the full $1,200 per fortnight in wage support, sole traders will need to show the Tax Office they were working more than 20 hours per week in the reference period.

The reference period will be the two fortnightly pay periods prior to either March 1, 2020 or July 1, 2020, whichever had the higher hours worked.
