Victoria has recorded 439 new COVID-19 infections:

  • 456 people in hospital with COVID-19
  • 38 people in ICU
  • 11 new deaths (all elderly)
  • 147 total deaths across the state
  • 1,186 active cases related to aged care

There are now 6,863 active COVID-19 cases in Victoria, 95.9% of the nation’s total. By contrast, NSW has 261 active cases, 3.6% of the nation’s total:
