As more employers accept working from home as the new normal, some workers are making the most of the situation by moving from expensive capital city housing markets to cheaper country locations.

According to the ABC’s The Business, regional property markets are experiencing strong interest from city dwellers seeking a ‘tree change’, which is driving both property sales and values up.
