Auction clearances still hanging on

CoreLogic’s preliminary auction clearance rate remained fairly steady, with 64.3% of reported auctions cleared versus 65.9% last weekend:

Melbourne’s preliminary clearance rate fell to 63.6% from 73.0% last weekend off thinning volumes.

By contrast, Sydney’s preliminary clearance rate rose to 67.8% from 65.8% last weekend.
