Melbourne’s auction clearance rate bombs

CoreLogic’s preliminary auction clearance rate fell to 59.2% from 62.2% last weekend:

The decline nationally was driven by Melbourne, where the preliminary clearance rate dived to 47.5% from 63.7% last weekend.
