Ted Rosner is the co-founder of Redemption Roasters, a specialty coffee company that operates five shops in London alongside wholesale. A full FT profile of the company, and its work in prisons, can be read here. In a previous life, Ted was a trainee solicitor at Debevoise & Plimpton.

This is a diarised version of how my small coffee company, Redemption Roasters, has experienced the coronavirus crisis so far. Hopefully, it proves of interest to Alphaville readers who are used to analysing businesses through an unprecedented crisis, but perhaps not operating them.
