Sydney landlords slaughtered as rental market implodes

A few weeks back, SQM Research managing director, Louis Christopher, described Sydney’s rental market as “very much a tenants market right now, it’s probably the biggest tenants market I’ve seen in my last 20-years“.
This statement came as Sydney’s rents were reportedly plummeting across the city:
