Auction clearances rise from the ashes

CoreLogic’s preliminary auction report posted another solid rebound in the preliminary clearance rate (from 63.3% to 66.1%) off solid volumes:

Once final results are received later this week, we are likely to see the weighted average clearance rate fall to the low 60%.
