New job postings collapse some more

Callam Pickering, economist at global job site Indeed, has updated his new job postings charts, which provide the most timely measure of the underlying strength of Australia’s labour market.
According to Pickering, new job advertisements, defined as job postings less than 14 days old, are now running 57% below last years levels:

This is a sharp deterioration from the 50% reported yesterday.
