Job listings halve

Economist Callam Pickering, at global jobs site Indeed,has updated his job listings data, which has shown further deterioration, with job ads now down 52% since the same time last year:

This, of course, follows yesterday’s report from Seek, which also showed a collapse in new job ad volumes, alongside plummeting confidence about job security:

All signs are pointing to a big labour market bust.
