10% of Australia’s entire Wuhan flu episode have been traced back to one almighty screw up in Sydney where the ship of the damned, the Ruby Princess, disgorged many sick passengers into the community a few weeks ago.

There has been a political blame game ever since between Sydney and Canberra but there are rumours that the whole thing is an inside job:
