CoreLogic weekly house prices update: Turning point

In the week ended 2 April 2020, the CoreLogic 5-city daily dwelling price index, which covers the five major capital city markets, rose another 0.08%:

It was the slowest weekly increase since August last year.
The rise in values was mixed, with Melbourne recording its first weekly decline since early August last year:
