CoreLogic: Melbourne house prices fall 0.3% in April

CoreLogic’s dwelling price results have for April were released, which revealed a 0.19% increase in values over the month at the 5-city level, although Melbourne dwelling values fell by 0.29%:

It was the tenth consecutive rise in home values at the 5-city level, although momentum is clearly fading fast:

Over the April quarter, dwelling values rose by 2.2% across the major capitals, with momentum again slowing:
