Australian property values surge another 1.2% in February

CoreLogic’s dwelling price results have for February were released over the weekend, which revealed another 1.2% increase in values over the month at the 5-city level, driven by more strong rises across Sydney (1.7%) and Melbourne (1.2%):

It was the eighth consecutive monthly acceleration in home values at the 5-city level:

Over the February quarter, dwelling values rose by 3.5% across the major capitals:
