Aussie property values rise another 0.9% in January

CoreLogic’s dwelling price results have been released for January, which reveals another 0.9% increase in values over the month at the 5-city level, driven by more strong rises across Sydney (1.1%) and Melbourne (1.2%):

It was the seventh consecutive monthly acceleration in home values at the 5-city level:

Over the January quarter, dwelling values rose by 4.3% across the major capitals:
