Domain has released its September quarter house price report, which recorded a strong rebound in dwelling values driven by rampaging growth across Sydney and Melbourne.
As shown in the next table, house prices across the combined capitals surged by 2.7% over the quarter, driven by 4.8% growth in Sydney and 4.1% growth in Melbourne:

However, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra each recorded losses over the quarter.
