Aussie bosses ranked world’s worst

A new survey of workers has ranked Australia’s senior executives as the worst out of 12 countries surveyed. From The Australian:

Futurist Jacob Morgan interviewed 140 chief executives glob­ally about the most important workplace skills for the future…

Mr Morgan… said CEOs identified the most important skills as being able to motivate, engage and inspir­e employees; to listen to and communicate with their workforce; to look at different scenar­ios and possibilities; and to display emotional intelligence.
