Will Labor end the private health insurance rebate?

Labor has refused to rule-out scrapping the $6 billion private health insurance rebate, waiting instead for a Productivity Commission review into the sector to be finalised. From The Canberra Times:

Speaking during a televised debate with federal Health Minister Greg Hunt, Ms King said: “I’m not going to rule in or out what the Productivity Commission might recommend or might not recommend, nor what our response would actually be”…
