More on the retail sales GDP smash

Today’s retail sales figures should subtract from Australia’s March quarter GDP when the national accounts are released early next month.

As noted earlier, seasonally adjusted monthly sales rose by 0.3% in the month of March to be up just 3.5% over the year:
