The ABS’ 2017-18 tax revenue data, released last month, revealed that the Victoria Government is the most reliant on stamp duty receipts in the nation, accounting for 25% of total tax revenues in 2017-18:

Last year’s mid-year Budget Review for Victoria contained the below hopelessly optimistic forecasts around stamp duty receipts, projecting only a one-year minor dip before accelerating to record highs:
