The Housing Industry Association (HIA) has released its March new home sales report, which recorded another 0.1% decline. However, sales volumes have roughly flatlined over the past three months, which has the HIA declaring the worst is over:
“After falling by 8.5 per cent in 2018 new home sales appear to have stabilised in the first quarter of 2019,” stated Geordan Murray, HIA Senior Economist.
