CoreLogic housing indicators turn fugly

CoreLogic has released its Quarterly Housing Market Review, which provides a depressed snapshot of Australia’s housing market.

First, the below chart tracks the monthly number of settled sales, which nationally fell 11.3% in the year to March and were down 14.2% across the combined capital cities:
