Highrise Harry is excited:

The apartment market reached its nadir for billionaire developer Harry Triguboff in January when his Meriton Group was selling only five units a week.

The market has since stabilised with sales at around 20 apartments each week, but prices remain subdued, Mr Triguboff told The Australian.
