Domain: Sydney and Melbourne houses post double-digit falls

Domain has released its property price results for the March quarter, with Sydney, Melbourne and Perth leading the price falls yet again.

Over the March quarter, dwelling values nationally fell by 2.2%, with Sydney (-3.1%), Perth (-2.5%) and Melbourne (-2.4%) driving the falls and Hobart (+3.1%) bucking the trend.
