$125k of value wiped from typical Sydney home

CoreLogic’s Cameron Kusher has released new data showing the peak-to-trough falls across Australia’s housing markets.
As at March 2019, the typical capital city home had fallen in value by 9.2% from their September 2017, with Darwin (-27.5%), Perth (-18.1%), Sydney (-13.9%) and Melbourne (-10.3%) all suffering heavy losses:
