Auction clearances continue weak seasonal bounce

CoreLogic released its preliminary auction report yesterday, which reported a bounce in clearances on softening volumes.

The preliminary national auction clearance rate was just 56.1%, above last week’s 52.2% but way below the 66.0% final clearance rate recorded in the same weekend of last year:

Auction volumes nationally were just 1,894 – way below the 3,136 recorded in the same weekend last year:
