CoreLogic released its preliminary auction report yesterday, which reported more seasonally stronger clearances on weak volumes.
The preliminary national auction clearance rate was 55.0%, above last week’s 54.1%, but way below the 63.6% recorded in the same weekend of last year:
Auction volumes nationally were just 2,204 – well below the 3,026 recorded in the same weekend last year:
