Auction clearances continue weak seasonal bounce

CoreLogic released its preliminary auction report yesterday, which reported seasonally stronger clearances but on lower volumes.

The preliminary national auction clearance rate was just 54.1%, way below the 66.8% recorded in the same weekend of last year:

Auction volumes nationally were just 2,303 – well below the 3,313 recorded in the same weekend last year:
