Sydney property prices are crashing

It’s been a black December for Sydney property. With 8 days still left in the month, Sydney dwelling values have fallen a whopping 1.5% in December, according to CoreLogic – the biggest monthly decline since October 1986:

The quarterly decline has steepened to 3.8% – the largest fall since January 1985:
