GDP in detail: Weak growth, weaker employee earnings

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) today released the national accounts for the September quarter, which registered soft 0.3% growth in real GDP over the quarter and a 2.8% rise over the year.

On a per capita basis, real GDP fell by 0.1% over the quarter but was up by 1.8% over the year.
