The AFR has released the below chart showing the extraordinary Budget luck that has been bestowed on Victorian Treasurer, Tim “Ponzi” Pallas, who has enjoyed an $8.6 billion (14%) upwards revision in revenues since he crafted his first Budget in 2015:
This has resulted in Ponzi Pallas having “23 per cent more than the $56.7 billion he actually raised in 2015-16”.
