HIA: Dwelling starts to fall 20% over three years

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) has released new forecasts of housing starts, which are expected to fall 20% in total to 2020-21:

As you can see, dwelling starts are expected to fall 11.4% in 2018-19 before falling another 7.4% in 2019-20 and 2.3% in 2020-21.
