Melbourne again leads auction clearances down

CoreLogic released its auction report yesterday, which reported another anaemic weekend of auctions.

The preliminary national auction clearance rate was just 50.2% versus 49.8% last weekend (later revised down to 46.0%).

The preliminary clearance rate was also way below the 64.5% recorded in the same weekend of last year:
