CoreLogic: Sydney/Melbourne dwelling values to fall 15%

CoreLogic’s Cameron Kusher has thrown his hat into the ring, predicting a 15% peak-to-trough decline for Sydney and Melbourne dwelling values:

CoreLogic head of research, Cameron Kusher, said Sydney and Melbourne property prices were set to slump by up to 15 per cent from their peaks last year.
