Where are all these regions ‘begging for migrants’?

Australia’s new Immigration Minister, David Coleman, continues to deploy the Coalition’s ‘migrants to the bush’ smokescreen, flagging a revamp of regional visas because Australia’s regions are apparently “begging for migrants”. From SBS News:

“There are a number of different regional visa classes at the moment and one of the things I’m assessing is the effectiveness of each of those programs and potential ways of improving those.”
