Perth’s rental market haemorrhages losses

The latest rental data from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) was a further kick in the face for Perth landlords (but music to the ears of renters).

After showing signs of improvement in the March quarter, Perth’s median house rent retraced by $10 to $350, whereas Perth unit rents retraced by $5 to $325:
