Despite falling prices, Sydney property still 50% overvalued

Despite Sydney’s dwelling values falling by around 6%, The Economist’s latest annual global house-price index shows that Sydney is the seventh most expensive housing market in the world, with dwelling values still around 50% overvalued against incomes:
